I have Lords of the West DLC installed but the campaigns are locked, I was going to start Edward campaign tonight but now I can’t…

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start the game
  2. Single Player
  3. Campaigns
  4. W. Europe
  5. Campaigns are locked!

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

Campaigns should be unlocked, I bought and installed and then re-installed the DLC, I already finished Hautesvilles and Grand Dukes campaigns but after the most recent update I can’t continue with the Edward Longshanks.

Funny enough I can select Sicilians or Burgundians in multiplayer games and skirmishes…

Same issue here. Pandemic is spreading, as first come issue on age of empires 3 dlc, what I was afraid of is happening. Now in age of empires 2 the dlc meet the same fate. However, dlc acquired for free remains available.

Same issue for me. I followed the troubleshooting steps linked by ChristheCo with no success.

Problem solved, Lord of west Dlc is playable again. Thanks guys !
