I played a ranked 2v2, died in the castle age, resigned and when I was back at the post-game menu I had my score and a (+17) or similar. I didn’t think Elo style allowed for something like this. What’s going on?
This happened to me once. Also lost in a team game and received +3 rank after. I have no idea why.
Did your team win? If it did, the ELO increase is not a bug
Could it be that the team you lost to have much higher ELO scores than you, so you gained the additional points for playing against them?
My teammate resigned immediately after I did.
Maybe so. I didn’t think that was possible with Elo though.
