Griefing in team games

Solo queued into a 4v4 Amazon tunnel game. At some point while I was focused on the giant battle in the middle one of my teammates use a onager or something to break my monastery and steal my relics. They never asked for them or said anything all game. I just resigned after I realized what happened as I didn’t want to play with someone who would do that. Like everyone has said before me, the total amount of rating gained by one team should be opposite of the total amount of rating lost by the other team. Else, rating will quickly inflate or deflate, like what we are seeing now. Furthermore, I agree that everyone in a team should win/lose the same number of points.
