ISSUE EXPERIENCED
Sometimes, when a villager is luring an elephant, it will stop and fight the elephant back instead of keeping to walk as it was tasked.
This usually happens when the villager’s walking path was shift-queued to be multiple walking steps instead of a single click, and the villager gets stuck for a second “thinking” about its next task.
I think this started after the april patch, but im not sure.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
about 10-15 % of games
- Less than 25% of the time / matches I play (RARELY)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- lure an elephant with a villager.
- shift queue the villager’s walk to next to the TC and then to behind the TC.
- sometimes, it will attack the elephant back.
EXPECTED RESULT
villager should not attack the elephant back if it was tasked/shift-queued to keep walking.
