Macedonian Dynasty: We can’t upgrade the Bogmaor with the controller using the archery range

Issue: We can’t upgrade the Bogmaor to Veteran/Elite with the controller using the archery range.

It’s still possible to upgrade Bogmaor to Veteran/Elite using the Varangian Stronghold, but if you only have an archery range, you can’t.

Repro Steps: Build an archery range with the Macedonian Dynasty, advance to Castle Age and Imperial Age using a controller. You will see that it is not possible to upgrade the Bogmaor to Veteran and Elite.
