Since Macedonian dynasty is represented with a nordic ritualistic vibe rather than christian empire then why not use some actual pre-christian culture from that period like the rusali dance. Traditionally rusali warriors would go from village to village and dance praying for health and prosperity of the village and recieve gifts in return. However if two gruops meet they would fight untill the stronger group prevails. Sometimes even untill death. It was inportant custom which remained for many years. In game terms this could be represented by selecting 6 rusalii warriors and click perform dance ritual they will gather in a circle providing aoe effect which heals other units and gives attack boost 20% but they also lose health untill the ritual is active. This feature will give strong Macedonian Vibe instead of much used Viking lore.
