I know alot people get confused because microsoft changed the name of Microsoft Games to Xbox Game Studios and there are also a lot references to Xbox Games Pass in regards to AOE (which a lot of people don’t realize is offered for PC). These two factors cause alot of confusion.
I remember playing AoE2 on the PS2 back in the day. Selecting anything with a joystick felt extremely clunky and weird. Perhaps it could be done better today, but i’d be very suprised if it played anywhere close to as smoothly as the PC release.
