We don’t see the Zhu Xis unique monk anymore after the relics collection in the games usually, due to them being nerfed to the ground after the release. I think its such a cool unit with cool animations that need to be seen more in the game.
Maybe make them practice while they are idle (play an animation of them playing with the bamboo thing) and give them more stats according to this practice time. For example 1min practice = +1 ranged armor (decide this according the balance)
Maybe even give bonus practice rate if a shaolin monk with higher stats are in the group to simulate the master monks training the new ones.
