When changing my hotkey layout, if I set hotkeys for the construction menus my Malian workers will still just use the grid ones, even in Fully Remappable Mode. In fact, even with hotkeys set for my construction menus, if I unbind the grid hotkeys and switch back to fully remappable my workers will just have no construction menu hotkeys. This doesn’t affect Ottoman workers, and I haven’t tested any other civs. (This is probably connected to the identical problem with Ottoman Mehter abilities I’m making a separate report about) ---

Thank you @emctwoo! Should be a fix coming for this one. ---
