Are there tested map packs for AOE 2 DE?
I play unranked maps of 4-8 playes, looking to extende the maps options, but searching I always end up in other versions of AOE map packs… are there any packs?
What are the random map categories?

Did you used the search on aoe 2 DE mods page? There are a lot of map packs, including those used for tournaments.

There would have been no point in publishing them, if they could not have been played outside ranked
