Put a link to the map rotation voting page in-game. On the login screen where the Barbarossa Brawl and Battle Royale links are. That way it can be seen and voted on my more than the ~1100 people that usually make the decisions.

Besides the map voting location, there should be notification in the News Panel. The News tab should be on the upper right as well, who puts News at the bottom?

Correct, fully support this!!!
But people would still have to make an Microsoft account to vote on the forum, which can be a pain.

What about integrating the poll directly into the game? When a new map rotation poll starts, the player gets a notification. As soon as the player clicks on it, a dialog pops up to select the next 1v1 and TG maps.
