Issue:

sell wood option not enabled despite resource available. takes 4-5 seconds until option available.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. build market in fuedal age, sell all wood
  2. wait for next 100 of said resource
  3. market won’t enable sell resource option straight away, although 100 wood available
