Market resource sending not working on Xbox controller

Issue:Xbox Series S Market: unable to send resources to allies. Won’t pull up the resource sending and requesting menu.

Trigger Event:when you press and hold LT and click Start to open the resource sending menu it does not show up

Did you try holding it down? I realized this the other day that it’s not a LT + click it’s an LT + hold that button down to pop up that menu
