Massive menu FPS drop due to Mastery page

Currently clicking on a mastery page of a civ causes a massive FPS drop which will remain while being in the menu. (fix by restarting) Ive tested it on multiple systems (all NVDIA GPUS) with the most current NVIDIA drivers.

Ive expanded my tests from my previous posts this seems to be an issue on all systems using NVIDIA unsure about AMD GPU’s

The framerate drop is extreem and permanent till restart (144 → 37 → 17)
