ISSUE EXPERIENCED
Since the last update, I have massive performance problems with the game, once the population reaches three digits numbers (approximately, always happens late castle/early imperial). Happens online as well as in simple 1v1 games vs the AI. Computer (Acer Aspire 7, AMD RYZEN 5000 CPU) heats up massively, fan goes at maximum and game starts to lag, not a lot, but it impacts gameplay.
I used the same laptop for about a year and never had the problem. All graphics are kept to a minimum. No other application on the computer shows this behavior.

- 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)
EXPECTED RESULT
The game should just run fine how it used to prior to the patch.
