I’ve tried multiple times to progress the the new masteries for both Ottomans and Malians, as well as complete some of the new Event challenges that have released, but neither seemed to progress when I completed them. Additionally, several hours after playing my first skirmish as the Ottomans, I finally received the achievement to win a game as the Ottomans, (as well as a few others I happened to achieve that game).

This happens to me too; I contact support as well about it and logged it as a bug.
