Masteries not triggering due to error

So I’m sure we’ve all seen error code C06T09R09X-01 4D504D6105C9 (hopefully I typed it right) but the really annoying thing is that masteries don’t trigger off it. It feels impossible to do masteries in multiplayer.

Not much to say, error code, no mastery trigger, make me sad.

For those of us who havent seen that code what else did it say?
