Mayor god portrait keeps frozen

Issue: Mayor gods portrait gets frozen

Select a mayor god, then change to random god, the last mayod god still appears

Trigger Event: After selecting a mayor god, change to random all

It also happens when you try to change a mayor god from a IA player (when it has random god)

Repro Steps:

  1. Select a mayor god
  2. Change the option to Random All / Change a god from a IA player that has the ramdom option activated
  3. The mayor god portrait still appears
