Issue:
Gold Mine holds more gold if cast in later Ages and is mined faster
This is the tooltip, and the Dwarf mining tooltip also changes, but it does not actually become faster.
Trigger Event:
I checked all variables for each era before and after the mining speed upgrade and they are all the same.
Repro Steps:
Compare the differences between using Dwarven Mine and regular gold mines by era.
