Missing Academy - Pillars of the Gods Campaign Mission 5

Issue:

In mission 5 of the Pillars of the Gods campaign, you are prompted to pick between two starting locations.
The location on the right has the description, “This Settlement offers you an Academy and access to much gold.”
However, there is no Academy present in the town it gives you.
