If you open your friends list you can see the “Chat with user” icon popup…
If you view the profile, a modal / popup shows you the friend profile but in the top right corner, there is no “Chat with user” icon to initiate a Direct Message.
Also, the ESC key does not close the profile, I think it should because this is normal accessability behavior on the web when browsing. Perhaps a design choice to force the player to click the Close button but at the very least, I should be able to “click outside the box” to close the profile popup.
