The profile picture with the blue and yellow bird sitting on the cannon that you get when you log into the game during the current event is not available for me to choose from. This should be automatically unlocked for everyone who logs in during the current event. I have been playing almost daily since then and have not received it.
I know that other Xbox players have unlocked it and they can select it.
It is a bug that seems to affect my Xbox Profile only.
I am also 100% sure I did not miss it. I have checked several times. I can provide video evidence if wanted.
I have also unlocked other unlockable elements of this event such as sigilframes and these can be selected without any problems.
The first time I logged in during the event was on Xbox. I also tested it on the computer via Gamepass. It is not selectable there either.
What else can I do? Please help.
