Missing soldier's voice line on the first Atlantis mission intro

Issue:

In the first Atlantis mission (A Lost People) intro, there is a dialogue between some soldiers. The one called Zeno (an Arcus unit) is missing his first voice line. The subtitles appear, but he’s mute.
