Missing Temple Upgrades for Fuxi (not checked other Chinese Major Gods)

Issue:

When I play Fuxi on my PS5, some of the temple upgrades are completely missing. One example is Divine Light. I believe other upgrades such as myth units upgrades are also missing. That resulted in being impossible to pick relics with Pioneers for example. Please check for other upgrades that are missing because I know that Divine Light is missing from imperial academy as well. This is a severe bug for PS5 players as chinese becomes very weak due to missing upgrades.

Trigger Event:

Played as Fuxi against Fuxi AI moderate balanced in a land map in a PS5 using a PS5 controller.

Repro Steps:

  1. Use PS5 controller
  2. Play Fuxi in skirmish against another AI (balanced moderate difficulty)
  3. Used land maps
  4. Used random gods for the enemy but the god selected twice was Fuxi (yes, the AI randomly selected Fuxi as well in both times I tested the issue)
  5. In the first age and second age, some temple upgrades were missing, like divine light. Divine light is missing from imperial academy as well.
