- Saracens does not upgrade Zealotry (Camel Rider and Mameluke +20 HP).
- Romans does not upgrade Scorpion.
About the Romans, it’s very odd. To me, in custom AIs, it’s like the AI only priorities Heavy Scoprion technology as a very low priority. Bascially it’s the last upgrade they’ll get. But sometimes they do research it, even though most games they don’t. I don’t know what causes this.
