Mod changes require a restart before playing online?

I’m getting this message and I don’t have any mods enabled.

These are the only 3 mods I have installed in the past

I notice at the top right it says “signing in please wait” could that have something to do with why I can’t get in?

Restarting DOES NOT help.

After trial and error, unsubscribing from the mods let me be able to play online.
