Mod manager / restart buttons

I’ve noticed a few times that the mod handling is a bit more tedious than it could be:

  1. the mod manager itself should have a restart button. (appears if required)
  2. related dialog windows should not only inform the user about the problem but also provide the buttons to solve it.
