Mod page bugged, cannot edit

After subscribe and unsubscribe mod through browser, now unable to edit or view mod page, even after clearing cache/cookies, while other mod page showing just fine.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. log into xbox live account
  2. go to mod page from a browser
  3. link to mod page Mods Single - Age of Empires
  4. subscribe and unsubscribe from browser while logged in, now can’t see anything, while I was able to unsubscribe and resubscribe this way previously
  5. see screenshot below… this happening to just this mod, but not any of other mods I have uploaded (picture 1), also when clicking edit it just blank page (picture2).

also, the concern with speed of mod server how slow we are subscribing to mods. here is another screenshot of average speed during subscribing to a mod… my friend’s computer shows 500KB/sec while mine is 1000KB/s, and I have 300Mbps internet…

With the blank page on the mod info page, what web browser? It seems to be working fine for me after subscribing/unsubscribing multiple times. Downloads are also fast.

If there’s a delay in loading the mod in game you should report that as a separate bug specific to the game since it’s not the actual download causing the issue. Though you may have already reported that.

I used edge, firefox and chrome, all have the same issue after clicking sub/unsub a few times.

but I do have an update now, this seems to be directly related to my live account, not sure why?

I have my friend who could see the page just fine, log out and logged in with my credential and he gets the same blank/errored page that I see. going back to his account seems fine, I am 100% certain this isn’t to do with browsers on my end, seems like server has some blockage on my live account or something.

Just to follow up on this thread too, the issue with this was found and fixed.
