Most mods of these category aren’t updated and no longer work.
In fact, all mods I’ve tried on the mod manager doesn’t work anymore. I guess its due to the constant game updates?
I hope someone is willing to update or create a new mod that increases population and building limits 
Or, can someone post a guide here (specifically for population/building limits) on how we can do it instead? So people like me who really want it might give it a try if its not too difficult.
