Today i noticed after downloading many mods that my mods are installed on drive C while my game is on drive F.
I need help to move mods download location to drive F because right now i have only 12 GB left on my drive C and i can’t do anything on my PC. When i play any game, it randomly crashes or takes too much time.

To my knowledge, you technically you cannot move Save files, Recorded Games , Crash Reports, and Mods. They must be saved to your C: drive, and remain there to be accessible in-game.
However, you can attempt to use a symbolic link that would allow you to force the PC to store the mods on another drive:

Your mileage may vary with this as it takes a little more technical knowledge to implement.
