Mongol AI is not working while I play with my Conquest Mod- it doesn't build any buildings or units for no reason, need help

There was no problem with Mongol AI while I play the mod I created, but after the patch, Mongol AI doesn’t build any buildings or units, villagers just stand… Only Mongol Horseman moves around.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? thank you.
