Issue:
Casting Defense Arrow should give all of your units near the Khan +2 melee and ranged armor. Currently it does nothing when used (except put all of your Arrows on cooldown).

Summary: My units have +1/+2 (melee/ranged) armor from blacksmith upgrades. Defense Arrow should increase this to +3/+4. However, when Defense Arrow is used, as shown by the animation in the air and the ability going on cooldown, nearby units do not receive any armor buff.
Trigger Event:
This bug occurs any time Defense Arrow is used.
Reproduction Steps:
- Get to Castle
- Select Khan
- Press E
- ???
- No profit
