Now I known landmark TC can’t Relocate nearby Enemy’s
So I turn to Resources

And…
I got bad language because my TC are too close

So Mongol can’t do it?
Or maybe can?

That’s’ your opponent’s problem not yours. They patched the game so your TC can’t be put down within 20 tiles of the enemy landmark (starting) TC. You must have been outside that range. If it happened to be near resources they want then it’s fair game. With this new exclusion zone you can’t really crush them with a TC drop anymore so your opponent should stop whining.
