The last Mongolian mission is bugging,
I don’t get the archivments for completing the campaign and don’t lose any artillery (Huhui Pao).
Are you loading the game from a save file?
Loading from save can’t get achievement.

why, make no sense, I met mongols achievements bug,too. Finished the mongols but achievements did not unlock
