In the Season Three Patch it is impossible to research the Improved version of the Prayer Tent technology ‘Piety’. A requirement without any content blocks researching the technology even if the player has sufficient resources and the Prayer Tent is within Oovoo Influence / Monastic Shrines has been researched.
