Issue: Mongols - The White Stupa Landmark does not discount stone cost of Shaman (x2) from Prayer Tent
Mongols can Double Produce with Stone. The White Stupa Landmark now gives a -50% discount to the stone cost of Double Producing units.
However, it does not work for Shamans (Monks) in the Prayer Tent (Monastery).
It should be 75 stone.
