Monk-Spam getting insane

The monk-spam of the KI is getting out of hand. Almost every tiny armed groop like 4 archers came up with three or more monks, making them almost invincible!

Even monks came with more monks! Seven or eight monks in a pack healing themself and all the others in range. Healing is fine, but please tweak that a little.

Humanplayers came up with 20 or more monks, that makes archers useless, if you don’t micro them to oneshot one by one of the enemy.

A fix might be:

  • limit the total amount of monks to 5 or something like that
  • add a healing cooldown!

LoL … I wonder on what ELO is this an actual problem :grinning:

How about “killing monks” before killing archers?

Kill the Monks first, problem solved.

This is a prime example why balancing should focus mainly (not only though, if something is balanced, but way too easy to perform, it’s a problem as well) on high level play. For most problems of lower levels the solution is not a balance change, but some form of “learn to play properly”.
