True Burmese lack direct counters to archers, but they still have Elephants as arrow sponge and a good cavalry. Besides, I don’t think giving them Imperial Skirm would change anything given the lack of archer related techs.
Of course. It’s one thing to suggest giving a civ’s coolest (not best, coolest) bonus to other civs, it’s a whole other thing to then also take the bonus away from the civ that had it. There are people who like those civs.
If the Imperial Skirmisher is to be no longer a unique unit that’s team shared, then perhaps it can be renamed to “Royal Skirmisher” and be given +5 HP.
