Issue:
Despite that the Mount Lu Academy is advertised as a Landmark for Imperial Officials and Techs.
It also has an odd side effect of it having the same Line of Sight of a tower, this includes been able to see in Stealth Forests:
Cheats have been used to reproduce the bug faster. (“Inna Jiffy”, “Smorgasbord” and “Zeleport”)
The Tooltip also do not suggest that the academy should be able to do that.
Without this vision, the Landmark is purely for economic use.
I saw a similair topic where the Mount Lu Academy acts as a keep, but this field of view is larger than that of a keep, and is similar to the range of an Outpost.
Trigger Event:
Build the Mount Lu Academy (the second Age III Landmark of Zhu Xi’s Legacy) in a location with little active Line of Sight.

It’s always reproducable as long as no other units or buildings support the Line of Sight.
