Issue: Mouse and Keyboard input bug on Playstation 5

Trigger Event: Create a custom multiplayer game and Invite a friend that uses mouse and keyboard
(what was happening at the time of the issue. this could be an action you or another player took right before the issue started)
Repro Steps:
1. Create a custom game on playstation 5 and Invite a friend who also plays on playstation 5.
- Either change the input to allow mouse and keyboard or dont, it bugs out either way
- Start game
- friend cant use any input to play the game everything stops working
- friend can play solo using Mouse and Keyboard, it appears to be a multiplayer only issue.
