Mouse is not always the icon that it is supposed to be

Issue:

Mouse is not always the icon that it is supposed to be. It varies, but sometimes it will be my desktop mouse, other times it will be the food icon and wont change back to normal. Once it was the blue loading circle and wouldnt change back even after I restarted the game

Trigger Event:

I dont know what is triggering it. It happens randomly. Sometimes at match start sometimes at game start. It hasnt happened during the middle of a match though (yet).

Currently, the only thing that works for me is restarting. One of the guys from that Keen clan had it happen to him too. Hopefully it might be in the patch next week.

Edit: for the blue circle, no need to restart. Try alt-tabbing. That works for me.
