Mouse moving the map when hit screen border

The map move by itself without pressing any key. It happen when my mouse hit screen border. It’s look like behavior on windows 7 when we use tactile…
When I want to click on something on the edge of my screen I need to move the map before clicking because the fact that my mouse is on the edge make the map moving.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Start a game
2. Move the mouse to the edge of the screen (for example the left)
   3.The map will move to the left

EXPECTED RESULT

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}
The map shouldn’t move. It should move only if i press hotkey for it.

Thank you for your reply. If it’s intended how can I disable it? I try by increasing the windows size to get out of my screen but it only work with left and right because I need the top and bot overlay
