This just happened to me in my last game for the first time in over a year of playing. Haven’t changed any settings, screen edge panning is on, and video settings are set to exclusive fullscreen. it happened in my last game intermittently, so it would work all right for a little bit and then would start panning to my second monitor, on and off throughout the match. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the new update (only played a few games since it went live), or if it is a driver issue. I say driver issue because I did update my drivers the other day for the first time in a while (gtx 1080), I’ve played 2 or 3 games since updating and the issue has only come up in this latest game so far.
