my progress (masteries, levels, etc) are transferred from my microsoft account to steam, if I buy the game on steam, or it will start all over?

Correct me if Im wrong, my custom hotkey profile was transferred and graphics settings aswell, apart from that nothing else.
Edit: Forgot to mention the art of wars records.
I’m currently playing on Game Pass and planning to switch to Steam in the future.
And I always assumed that your progress would transfer once you logged in to Xbox Live. Is that not the case?

and the masteries? they reset to 0 or continue, is what I am asking for… graphics and hk probably share the same folder
