This is a research card that that cost a resources. But gets blocked if not enough pop available.

Ideally all non-military indian cards dont get blocked by pop limit. this shoult be the case with this one.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Reach age 4 an India with Mughal ele armour in deck.
  2. reach full population.
  3. try to call the Mughal armour card.

It happens for every new card, also when villagers limit is reached
