Multiplayer Disabled When Starting the Game for the First Time

Issue:

When I first started the game and reached the main menu the multiplayer tile was disabled.

Trigger Event:

Install the game and launch it for the first time.

Repro Steps:

  1. Install the game for the first time.
  2. Launch the game.
  3. After choosing initial settings, reach the main menu and notice the multiplayer tile is disabled.

Work-Around:

When I clicked my gamertag drop-down menu and clicked on Sign into Xbox Live the multiplayer tile became active, even though I had not yet signed into Xbox Live.
