Multiplayer Host Lobby / Skirmish Player count

Issue: Multiplayer → Host → Can’t change player count. (Also Can’t change player count in skirmish)

I can invite a friend, but the change player count slider on the top right doesn’t add any more slots to the game. Basically, I can have 1 AI at the start (regardless of player count settings), but once I invite my friend no other AI can be added.

Trigger Event:

Host multiplayer or skirmish lobby

Repro Steps:

Happens everytime I make a skirmish or multiplayer lobby. The player count slider at the top right doesn’t change anything.

Just finishing verifying files through steam - the player count slider still doesn’t impact anything
