Music mods do not work if the mod folder path contains cyrillic letters. The game just skips to the next music track that hasn’t been affected by the mod.

And everything works fine if my Windows profile name contains only english letters

you may have to just stick to using english letters. something you could try is using cyrillic locale if there is one, while leaving language in windows as English.

a few software will work with locale being changed, depends on the software.
