My account has been disabled


Hello there,

I am having an issue with my account in the form of an error screen telling me that my account has been disabled.
I was playing on this account 3 weeks ago and the week prior, only to come back to find that it has been disabled for an unknown reason.

So I am looking for someone to please assist me in re-enabling my account since i am unable to create a new one without a new cd-key.

Hello, this sounds highly unusual, please make sure you are spelling the account name properly.


I am sure that all my information is correct when entering it.


I would reccomend that you contact Microsoft as soon as possible to get this problem resolved. There’s nothing you as a consumer can do about it unless you contact them. An admin may have disabled your account by mistake, im not sure.
