Hi, I have a problem of roll back of campaign progress.
This problem continues since the update of DLC Mountain Royals. I guess that this problem is prevailing in Korean version since I use Korean for languags of subtitles and voices.
The problem is, if I clear any campaign games since those of Mountain Royals, it rolls back.
For instance, After clearing every scenarios of Isamail campaign on Nov 1, 2023, once I turn off and reopen my game,
I need to start campaign from the beginning. Only the first scenario of campaign become available once I turn off my game. This continues up to this day Dec 13, 2024.
This situation continues up to recent update of Chronicle DLC. Today I cleared the first scenario Gates of Gods. I was able to play next chapter. However, once I turn off my game and reopen my game, I can play only the first scenario. I cannot access directly to the second that I need to clear.
- If I play single player and turn off the game, the setting of single player is not recent one.
I found that, if I play Persian one time and play Byzantine and turn off my game, the setting rolls back. Once I reopen my game, the setting has been fixed on that of Persian. It also happens since the update of Mountain Royals.
I guess that this is the problem if I play games in Korean. So, please solve this issue.
